If you read to escape like I do, you may want to skip this one. The word Pandemic and vaccine is mentioned in almost EVERY chapter. Enough already!

You know how sometimes you wish you’d have a little bit more storyline after the “will you marry me?” Scene ? Well this book takes care of that. A really enjoyable and current story since the pandemic is a factor in the story.
  • Details did not always line up. I enjoyed the book otherwise.

I enjoyed the story line but the details made me loose focus.
  • Political Propaganda

    By paigelikeabook
If I knew this book was gonna talk about the pandemic I would've skipped it; not to mention the political/pandemic propaganda 🙄 this book consists of nothing but boning & two spoiled rich people lamenting on how much they feel for the less fortunate... But then buying a million dollar wedding cake. Don't spit on my cupcake and tell me it's frosting. This whole book is bull. The authors should feel ashamed trying to peddle their views in what should be an escape for people.
  • Will keep you warm in the Winter!

I was anxiously waiting to listen to Ryan and Kendall’s story. Kendall is stranded with best friend’s brother in a snowstorm. Absolutely perfect story to listen to while I look outside and all I see is snow this time of year. These two have the biggest hearts of gold and were made to make a difference in the world. Their constant passion and sacrifice to help others was a refreshing change from a lot of books I read. The attraction didn’t take long before gave in to a fling but as we all know, there is no such things as a fling between two that are meant to be together. This leaves you on a hook into what I’m assuming will be Kendall’s sister’s story. One I’m excited to see what happens. This had love, humor and very hot scenes.
  • 3.5 stars Great characters... predictable story

I liked the first book in the series and was excited to read this one. Kendall was a great character that could be the kind of person that Ryan needed in his life. Ryan was a very relatable character for me too and I wish that they would have dealt with some of those issues a little more instead of just mentioning them. The intimate scenes were very hot but maybe used too many. Not my favorite book from this duo but I am excited for the next one! I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
  • Finally getting Ryan and Kendall’s story after the cliffhanger in the last book!

    By Samantha B. Sokol
Finally getting Ryan and Kendall’s story after the cliffhanger in the last book! After Ryan’s sister Cami and his best friend Eli find love while in quarantine, he ends up having a similar experience with Cami’s best friend Kendall! Setting up at the same cabin with Kendall where his sister fell in love, while the pandemic is over, the weather is not, and they end up getting snowed in with little access to the outside world. These two have always butted heads because of Kendall’s family’s money and Ryan’s profession, and it comes to blows when they are stuck together. As the snow melts, their fights do as well, and they give into the feelings both of them have that the other doesn’t know about. But when they return to the real world, things seem to go back to what they were, and it risks their version of a relationship. Thankfully, Ryan gets a clue and goes after the woman he wants! In true Kennedy Fox fashion, this couple was hilarious with the back-and-forth witty banter! It’s one of the main things that keeps me continuously coming back to their books. I can’t wait to see what they give us next! I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
  • “There’s no denying the electricity that streams between us.”

What happens when a dedicated doctor is stuck in a snowstorm with his best friend’s high-maintenance sister? Ryan doesn’t know the real Kendall at all, and she was the last person he wanted to spend time with. He felt she needed to quit her social ladder-climbing and get a real job. But after being in close quarters with the lovely Kendall, he realized that she was not who he thought she was at all. She was so much more. Being stranded in the middle of nowhere during a freak November blizzard is not how Kendall thought her quick weekend trip would turn out. Ryan was easy on the eyes, a brilliant doctor and the man who had starred in many of her dreams. Kendall was more than aware that Ryan thought she was superficial and only interested in spa dates and party planning, but he couldn’t be more wrong. No one wants to be snowed in during a storm with the possibility of losing power, while slowly running out of food! But Kendall was ecstatic to be alone with Ryan and decided to make the best of their crazy situation. They brought plenty of food, the cottage was nice and cozy, and she would finally have Ryan all to herself. Kendall and Ryan have more in common than they thought, and perhaps the magic of the country cottage would cast a spell over them and give them a happily ever after.
