For me, I find it hard to commit to a book. I usually start with a chapter or two and lose interest. I was surprised after reading the first chapter trial, that I anxiously committed into buying this book. I am so glad I did. I could picture every scene in my head as I read it. The effortless details were incredible. I even noticed myself taking on a voice for each character. Especially Aunt Lou. I can picture her in the kitchen with the wooden spoon, scolding the wait staff. This book had almost every emotion you can think of. One minute you will laugh out loud, then the next, be brought to tears. I felt anxious and anger. I felt the heart-ache and the love. This was a great read. A little predictable, but overall a great read.
