  • Good book for Adult ADHD

The organized solutions in this book make sense to me! My ADHD has taught me that I need to simplify my life. The less steps it takes to complete a task, the better. I love the "Post-It" note sidebars and pictures throughout the book. If you have ADHD, seeing a visual example helps you connect with whatever organizational issues you might have and how to remedy them.

Excellent book! I've read so many books on achieving order and have gleaned good tips from most. This book, however, has new and additional ideas that are the most helpful I've found for organizing, especially for ADHD people.
