    2.5 rating. It was a struggle to finish this book. I just love the Protector series, I tried to find that same passion here, to no avail. Disappointed. Expected more. Can’t really narrow it down to one specific thing. The characters held no interest for me. I found Sophie ridiculous, with no backbone. I like the Lodge family and the town, I just didn’t feel a cohesiveness between the characters.

    It use to be vampires caught most peoples attention. But now I believe it time to cowboy up. This was a great book. Looking forward to reading Quinn's book next. It's a must read..

    It's a good story, but a bit unbelievable. Great steamy scenes, and a few spots that made me Roll my eyes. BUT..... Dream-Pal Bob made me smile and giggle!

    I'm. In. Love. I didn't expect it to live up to the Dark Protector series, but it was almost as good! I'd say it was better, but Against the Wall didn't have Connlan Kayrs in it, so it just can't be better. ;D This was a quick read, and while I wish it were longer, it satisfied my imagination & earned a permanent place in my favorite books list. :)

    This was a good book steamy sex scenes but just too short. I needed to know more about who was writing the threatening notes and surely it wasn't the 14year old. More more Rebecca more please.
