    Another page-turner This is the second book in the Chosen series. It is just as action-packed and suspenseful as the first book. I love the chemistry that is continuing to develop between Emma and Will. My heart aches along with Emma when her son Jake is gone. However, Emma is also discovering that she is capable of more than she realizes and her powers begin to develop because of her grief. This is definitely a page-turner. I am so glad I waited and got the box set when all the books were released because I do not think I could have waited for the next book to be published.

    Hunted is an action packed sequel that answers some questions but leaves us with more unanswered questions and left me desperate for the next book in the series. Emma and Will have escaped the secret organization that desperately wants Emma. As they try to stay of ahead of the organization, Emma is desperate to find her son Jake, who was kidnapped by another organization. As Will and Emma work together to try to save Jake, they begin to learn that not all is at it seems. Emma starts to manifest powers she never knew she had. As these powers emerge, a mysterious man surfaces claiming to know who Emma really is. Emma finds herself drawn to this man despite her best efforts to stay away and Emma starts to awake to world she never new existed.

    Denise nailed it once again with Hunted! The story of Jake, Emma, and Will continues on in book # 2. You will never have the chance to let your guard down because Emma and Will are constantly on the run … for their lives. Desperately seeking Jake's whereabouts while trying to elude capture by not one but two groups, they seek the aid of Will's best friend. I promise, by the end of this book, you will not only experience every range of emotion, but you will be left wondering if there are any clearly defined lines of foe vs ally. I know I am heading on to book #3!!!

    I couldn't put these books down. I read all four in two weeks. Would have finished sooner if life didn't get in the way. ;)

    I loved the book it was amazing I thought I had all the stuff thought out for the future till the end with the huge twist it confused the hell out of me but now I want to know more and I'm defiantly getting the next book anyways looking forward to reading the next one
