#1 New York Times bestselling author of It Starts with Us and It Ends With Us writes a free novella about the search for happily ever after.

A chance encounter in the dark leads eighteen-year-old Daniel and the girl who stumbles across him to profess their love for each other. But this love has conditions: they agree it will only last one hour and it will only be make-believe.

When their hour is up and the girl rushes off like Cinderella, Daniel tries to convince himself that what happened between them only seemed perfect because they were pretending it was perfect. Moments like that with girls like her don’t happen outside of fairytales.

One year and one bad relationship later, his disbelief in insta-love is stripped away the day he meets Six: a girl with a strange name and an even stranger personality. But Daniel soon realizes that fairytales don’t exist, and unfortunately for Daniel, finding Cinderella doesn’t guarantee their happily ever after…it only further threatens it.

This book has me feeling feelings that i’ve never felt before. I’m very picky on what my favorite books are, but this one takes the cake. I’m actually crying this book was so good
  • Best book I’ve read in years

I thought I was going to just read a few pages and be able to fall asleep but once I started reading I literally couldn’t stop. OMG this book has sent me on a roller coaster of emotions. I could relate to this book so much and just the writing and the detail is impeccable. I’m just so blown away I’ll be spending the rest of my week reading the rest and putting the paper books on my christmas list. Seriously I would send Colleen Hoover flowers, a box of chocolates and a bottle of wine for just this book. You need to read this

Very high school love, cutesy story. It wasn’t bad, just couldn’t get into it. I like these two as side characters more but that’s my opinion. Excited for book 4 now
  • Not the best

I feel like the characters were too young for the feelings they had. Wasn’t her best work

I have never in my entire life wanted a high school romance so badly. Read the whole thing in about 2 hours. The ending had me in tears in the best way possible. I will definitely recommend this to my friends.
