    My husband suggested this while I was on deployment. He was used to being the one deployed. So, it was much harder for him to cope with the lack of quality time and physical touch from me; while dealing with the stressors of taking care of the kids at home. It offers a very simplistic and easy to follow approach on how to better understand your partner and take acctionable steps to improve your love life.
