    I read this book and in the beginning I actually agreed with some of the coping mechanisms but as I read on, I almost burst out in laughter like seriously? I wouldn’t recommend!

    This book talks about how different his story is, even with his short lived therapy but then uses the exact same techniques as therapists, even down to distorted negative thinking.

    This book is really good! Gives great advice. It honestly took me forever to read. I guess I was running away from the advice if that makes sense. I’m soooo glad I finished it and I’m gonna make sure I stop running on things I need to hear. This whole book is about letting it go and reaching for your goals. Totally recommend!

    this is my first book that i read and i just finished it , its amazing , ihave learned alot and discovered things that ididnt know about me. and iactually googled the person who wrote the book just to give him a special thanks for this beautiful art he made but couldn’t find him in social media. the best part of the book is naming it a monkey that was a huge creative move. lol 😂 i really started calling it a monkey. Well thank you so much ryan i hope eveyone reading this gets better and stronger
