    I love how Avery finds strength and determination to overcome her anxieties especially when she lets herself open up to Grey. Her scene with her father, Robert Dare is such a needed release of emotions that Avery, I think comes to her fullest potential and Grey is right beside her and never giving up. They're a great couple that gets their second chance to be together.

    Once again Carly Phillips has written an emotional story with engaging characters. Her storytelling and ability to engage the reader with intricately drawn protagonists is just one reason I keep coming back for each new addition to the series. Strongly recommend!

    I have read all the other books in this series and have loved, liked and disliked some. This one falls in the like category. I enjoy second chance stories and watching the characters find their happy ending. Overall I liked the story of Avery and Grey. That being said, I do feel that the character development and backstory was lacking some. I wish more time had been devoted to the characters relationship and plot of the story. As you know this is her erotic series so of course there is sexual content; however, I feel that there was too much for the length of the story. It went from one sex scene to another when I was hoping for some actual story development. As for the stalking storyline I figured out who was behind it early on, so the wrap up of that was not a surprise. Overall an okay read.

    Avery Dare, the darling of the original Dare family, started having panic attacks when her father's double life was revealed to the public when she was a child. She doesn't like large outdoor crowds and prefers to be around friends and family. When Grey Kingston, rock star and Avery's high school ex, shows up and makes it known that he's leaving the band and he wants her back, what will she do? Can she handle being in the spotlight with a rockstar? The paparazzi? The stalkers? Carly Phillips has done it again! This is another amazing addition to the Dare to Love series. My big question is, when will Robert Dare get a clue? He acts like everything that happened shouldn't bother his first family. And Grey? Way to go! He could give guys a lesson on being a VERY attentive boyfriend. The story was great all around. It flowed at the perfect pace and we got to see most of the Dare siblings.
